Spacious studio apartment located 5 minutes walk from Teremky metro station.
There is a grocery store near the house, Magelan shopping center across the road (there are clothing stores, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, Auchan). There is convenient transportation, the city center can be reached in 20 minutes.
The apartment has a balcony. There is a working area for working at computer - a table and a comfortable chair.
There are all necessary appliances: air conditioning, TV (cable TV), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, induction hob, extractor, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer, boiler (no hot water problems), have all the necessary utensils.
Number of sleeping places - 3 (double bed with orthopedic mattress and a sofa bed).
The price includes 1 set of double bed linen, 2 terry towels (1 large, 1 small). Extra linens are available for a fee.
