That’s a perfect cozy place for a peaceful stay at a historic Podil, which is located in between 2 metro stations (Tarasa Shevchenko station - 7 minutes walk and Kontraktova Ploshcha station - 10 minutes walk). View from the mountain - Schekavytsia. Very green in Spring and summer especially.
5 minutes walk from the building to the cinema, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. Next to the building there is a free parking lot.
