There is an apartment, that consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Windows overlook the quiet courtyard, which protects against the noise of the main streets. Main doors are equipped with a combination lock.
The apartment is located on the 4-th floor. The house has a lift.
The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine. In a 10-minute walk from the Sofiivskyi cathedral. To main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk street, Independence square (Maidan Nezalezhnosti), shopping center "Globus" - 15 minutes. In a 20-minute walk from the house is: Bessarabska square with a lot of boutiques and chain stores, shopping center "Mandarin-Plaza", "Gulliver", "Arena" with Centre of contemporary art "Pinchuk art centre", night clubs, trendy boutiques, restaurants and cafes, a 24-hour supermarket and "Parus" business center.

The time of check-out from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. If you need to check out after 12:00, you need to order the late check-out service. Check-out before 18:00 - it is necessary to additionally pay half of the cost of a day's stay; later than 18:00 - it is necessary to additionally pay the cost of a day's stay. The possibility of a late check-out service depends on the availability of the apartment on the date. It is recommended to order the late check-out service when pre-booking the apartment. The apartment is provided to you exclusively for living, which makes it impossible to carry out any noisy activities that may cause concern to others, neighbors and violate public order, as well as may cause damage to property in the apartment. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the following are prohibited in the apartment:
- make noise from 21:00 to 8:00, play loud music/TV, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds;
- conducting any celebrations, parties or other noisy group events. In case of violation of this clause, we reserve the right to immediately evict you without refund of funds - advance payment, payment for accommodation, cash deposit.
For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.
Sometimes guests are settled through the office, which is located at 10 Prorizna street. The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany Airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil Airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Месторасположение шикарное, самый центр. Потолки 4 метра. Высокий этаж. Квартира чистая и с хорошим ремонтом.

Горячая вода в ванной еле течет. Душ принять целое приключение))

На жаль, централізоване гаряче водопостачання не перебуває під нашим контролем, тому у разі аварійного відключення гарячої води встановлено невеликий бойлер, щоб наші Гості могли отримати гарячу воду за 15 хвилин та не витрачати час на очікування нагріву великої кількості води.
