We offer you an apartment consisting of a cozy bedroom, a kitchen and a shared bathroom. Windows overlook the courtyard. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a five-story building. The house where the apartment is located is located in the historical part of Kyiv, near Teatralna metro station and the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, across the street from the famous Lesi Ukrainky theater, 10 minutes walk to the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabska square with many shops and cafes.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of 2 guests: a double bed, wardrobe, TV. The kitchen has a stove, table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, sink, hairdryer. Hot water supply is centralized (24 hours a day), in case the centralized water supply is turned off, an autonomous water heater is provided in the apartment.
You will find all the necessary accessories in the apartment: bed linen, towels, disposable slippers, portioned soap, shampoo and gel.
There are free Wi-Fi Internet, iron, ironing board, folding clothes dryer also at your disposal.

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 1500 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

Check-in - from 15:00. If you need to check in before 15:00, you must order the early check-in service. When ordering an early check-in, you must additionally pay the cost of a night's stay.
The time of eviction from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of occupancy. If eviction is necessary after 12:00, you need to order the late check-out service. Check-out before 18:00 - it is necessary to additionally pay half of the cost of a night's stay; after 18:00 - it is necessary to pay additionally the cost of a night's stay. The possibility of a late check-out service depends on the availability of the apartment on a certain date. It is recommended to order a late check-out service when pre-booking an apartment. The apartment is provided to you exclusively for living, which excludes the holding of any noisy events that may cause concern to others, neighbors and violate public order, as well as may cause damage to property in the apartment. According to Ukrainian legislation, the following are prohibited in the apartment:
- makes noise from 21:00 to 8:00, plays music/television loudly, performs any work associated with knocking or other mechanical sounds;
- conducting any celebrations, parties or other noisy group events. In case of violation of this clause, we reserve the right to immediately evict you without refund of money - advance payment, payment for accommodation, cash deposit.
A fine equal to the cost of 1 day's stay is charged for shortening the stay.
Sometimes guests are settled through the office, which is located at 10 Prorizna street. The cost of a transfer from Zhuliany Airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil Airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.
