Studio apartment consisting of a cozy bedroom, kitchen, combined bathroom. The windows overlook the courtyard and the street. There is no elevator in the house.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building. The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine. A 3-minute walk to the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabska square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza shopping center, Parus business center, as well as Arena shopping center, which has: Pinchuk Art Center, night clubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, a round-the-clock supermarket. NSC Olimpiiskyi is located 5 minutes from the house.

Sometimes guests are settled through the office, which is located at 10 Prorizna street. The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany Airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil Airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

квартира очень хорошая. все как на фото. есть момент с машинкой в коридоре, но все в квартире есть.

Так как окно в спальне выходит на улицу то очень слышно шум. Прям первую ночь спать было сложно.
