It is cozy, spacious one-bedroom business class apartment on the left bank, 9 minutes walk from Darnytsia metro station. There is one stop to Livoberezhna metro station. Located on the 6th floor of a 25-storey luxury new house. There is a supermarket, Dytiachyi Svit shopping center with a large number of shops and cafes, Cosmix entertainment complex, restaurants, bars and fast food cafes not far from the house. There is a parking place for cars.
The layout of the apartment: living room, bedroom with separate rooms, kitchen-studio, bathroom (corner bath), designed for 5 beds: a double bed and a double folding sofas.
It has air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, TV, DVD if necessary, hairdryer, iron, electric kettle.

Из удобства только рядом магазин,новая почта и кафетерия.Большая квадратура квартиры.

Очень грязная квартира,старое постельное белье и полотенца.Старая мебель,частично в плохом состоянии.Ремонту однозначно больше 10-15 лет.С детьми меньше 5 лет не рекомендую очень грязно.

Просторная квартира, туалетная бумага, полотенца есть.

Почти на всех дверях ручки отваливаются. Грязно, стояли пустые бутылки, которые нам же пришлось убирать. Потеряли наши залоговые деньги, пришлось ждать 30 мин после выселения пока разбирались что произошло. Оказывается деньги были у вахтерши‍♀️
