Местоположение однозначно главный единственный плюс.

Квартира в ужасном состоянии! Кровать настолько не комфорта, что лучше спать на полу. Коридоры в квартире, кстати которых нет на фото, выглядят как общежитие в 90х годах. Стенки затёрты и настолько зашарпанны что уже почернели. Стол и стулья держатся на честном слове. О каком то комфорте или диджетализации и речи быть не может. Телевизор лучше не включать вообще, холодильник без ручек, единственное что более менее ок, это микроволновка. Снимал квартиру для родителей и был очень разочарован! Не советую маки максимально! Будете очень расстроены и потратите деньги на ветер. Лучше переплатить пару сотен и получить то что отвечает фотографиям, а не этот тихий ужас!

Дякую за відгук. Але чому при поселенні від вас не було ніяких зауважень? Так квартира без сучасного ремонту, але й ціна. Зніміть десь будь ласка в центрі столиці любого міста в світі квартиру за 15 евро за добу. Навіть коробку від холодильника не знайдете... Вы повинні розуміти, що все що дешевше 20 евро за добу це Економ сегмент. А що не так з телевізором? Може просто треба мати клепку щоб ввімкнути тюнер, а потім телевізор,а якщо не виходить, то зателефонувати та вам підкажуть. Та ще питання? Ви поставили 5 за персонал? Від вас не було ніяких нарікань?
