Description

Pleasant apartment is located five minutes from Livoberezhna metro station and 10 minutes from the International Exhibition Center. There is a wonderful place to relax near the house - the embankment of the Rusanivskyi Canal, the beach of the Dnieper river is within 15 minutes, there is a grocery store near the house. The balcony is glazed. There is an armored door and intercom.
The apartment has 4 sleeping places - a double bed and a large sofa bed, as well as a large wardrobe with four compartments, TV set, unlimited Internet access, the combined bathroom has new plumbing fixtures. Renovation was carried out in 2012, the floor in the room is covered by parquet. There are a new washing machine, a two-compartment refrigerator, a large dining table, a kettle, an iron, a hairdryer. Dishes, bed linen, towels, hygiene items, tea, coffee, sugar are included in the price.
For an additional fee we offer maid service, delivery of products and other goods, meeting at airports and train stations, escort on cars during trips around the city and the region.
