Дуже брудно, все поламане, все облізле і обдерте. Більше схоже на смітник, а не на місце для проживання .

Єдиний плюс - це розташування, центр міста.

Фото квартири прям дуже "зафотошоплене", в дійсності це не так, чистота відсутня, меблі в поганому стані, немає нормальної постілі і рушників, і бруд (прийшлося ходити взутими, бо і одноразових капців немає), так само немає фена, хоча в оголошенні були вказані всі зручності.
