Upon check-in, a security deposit is charged in the amount of one night of stay and is returned upon departure, if the apartment is not damaged.

Check-in time is from 13:00, check-out time is until 12:00. Registration and transfer of keys takes place in the apartment. You need to bring your passport with you.
If you wish to change the period of residence (reduction of dates), a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of one night stay.
Also, if you have had discounts and promotions for the entire period of the booking, they will be canceled upon reduction of the period of stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which are arranged individually at least 24 hours before the day of arrival or departure and are paid in the amount of half of the daily cost.
It is forbidden: to smoke in the apartment, to hold birthdays and other parties, to stay with pets. A deposit in amount of the daily cost is charged upon check-in.

Тихий двор, месторасположение

Квартира очень маленькая, похоже на общагу которую переделали на квартиры. В туалете вместо зеркала над итак малюсенькой раковиной висит бойлер. Руки мыть, умываться или бриться там не реально. Стены бумажные, сосед чихнул, через одну квартиру ему говорят будь здоров.

Спасибо за отзыв. За соседей своих рада, плохого не желают. Стенки перепроверила нет не бумажные, бетонные, Квартира отдельная, изолированная, где вы там общагу увидели. Если нет понимания в терминах,то хотя бы не пишите глупости.

Расположение , тихий двор

Квартира вдвое меньше , чем кажется по фото . Санузел очень маленький , развернуться там сложно, умываться приходилось на кухне . В душевой сток был забит , хозяева проблему решить не спешили . В квартире тараканы и грязно .
