The apartment is located in the very center of Kyiv. Pecherska metro station is in 5 minutes walk, Khreshchatyk street - in 30 minutes walk or in 10 minutes by public transport. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a new house (there is a big elevator). The windows offer a beautiful view.
The apartment is overhauled, metal-plastic windows and armored door are installed, floor and walls are tiled. There is all the necessary furniture: a large double bed and a spacious single bed with orthopedic mattresses (3 sleeping places). At guests disposal: TV (100 channels), unlimited Internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, heater, there are all necessary utensils, always clean bedding and bath accessories.
Nearby are: CEC, Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, McDonald's, 24/7 shop, culture institute. The car can be left in the yard or in a guarded parking lot nearby.

Інтернет не працює на ноутбуках (роутер невідомо де, телефони майже ловили сигнал), звукоізоляція ніяка, освітлення як карцері, білизна ще з 90х років, кухня майже відсутня (готувати нема де).
