Description

Comfortable and spacious apartment with separate rooms. The apartment is located on the first floor of a five-storey building, 2 minutes walk from the Shalimov Institute. There is a parking lot next to the house.
The apartment is renovated. Furniture and appliances are new and modern.
The apartment has separate rooms, a kitchen, an adjoining bathroom, a spacious glazed balcony.
The rooms have double beds with orthopedic mattresses, in one of the rooms there is an additional bunk bed for children and teenagers. There is a changing table.
For guests' use: dishes and kitchen utensils, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, washing machine, water filter (reverse osmosis), electric kettle, toiletries, Wi-Fi Smart TV. Clean sheets and towels are provided.
Convenient transportation: to the railway station - 15 minutes by direct tram no. 1 or 3, to Kontraktova square by direct tram no. 14.
Nearby there are 2 parks - Otradny and Mamayeva Sloboda, NAU, shops, bank branches, cafes, medical center, Shalimov Institute, eye microsurgery.

House Rules:
1. At check-in
- You have to show a document proving your identity (preferably a passport) and you have to be at least 20 years old;
- In a state of intoxication, under the influence of drugs - refusal to settle.
2. Check-in from 14:00, check-out till 11:00.
If it is necessary to check in earlier or check out later, it will be charged extra:
- less than 3 hours before (after) the scheduled check-in time - 50% of the daily rate;
- more than 3 hours before (after) the estimated time of arrival - 100%.
3. Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is allowed to stay in the apartment.
4. When leaving the apartment, the guests must turn off water taps, windows and doors, lights and TV. The refrigerator may be left on.
5. It is forbidden:
- Smoking in the apartment;
- to live with animals, birds without previous agreement;
- hold parties and other public events;
- move large appliances and furniture, if you are concerned about anything you should contact the owner directly;
- Use the air conditioner with the windows open;
- invite strangers to the apartment, leave guests in the apartment and give them the keys. After 10 p.m., all guests who do not live in the apartment according to the agreement must leave the apartment.
6. The rental price includes
- Cleaning of the apartment, including replacement of bed linen and towels, once every 7 days;
- sets of clean bed linen according to the number of beds booked. Additional towels and bed linen are to be paid separately;
- Use of kitchen utensils, household appliances and internet.
7. In case of violation of points 3 and 5 of these rules, the host has the right to refuse further accommodation without refund.
