Studio apartment for rent, located 5 minutes walk from the Demiivska metro station and 15 minutes from the Lybidska metro station. In 3 minutes - the Central Bus Station. Nearby is the supermarket "ECO" and the plant "ROSHEN". There is also a direct exit to the South Bridge and to Boryspil airport.

The apartment is equipped with bedding and bath accessories, as well as household appliances (TV, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, etc.). There is Wi-Fi internet. The apartment is not rented for celebrations. Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
