Cozy one bedroom business class apartment, the house has a great location for the business and tourist travel. Nearby: Business Centre "Parus" and "Gulliver", a three-minute walk away is the Metro station Palats Sportu, close to Besarabsky quarter, where there are the most famous in Kyiv Besarabsky market and shopping center Mandarin Plaza, "Аrena" entertainment complex and the supermarket "Billa". To the Central khreschatik Street, 5 minutes on foot. Windows overlook the street, but the apartment is quiet. Next to the apartments a great number of restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops. The apartment has two separate rooms: a bedroom with a large bed, walk-in closet, living room with pull-out sofa. There is a glass-enclosed balcony, installed two air conditioners. There are all necessary appliances, unlimited high speed wireless Internet.

Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.
