The apartment with two separate rooms is located on the 15th floor of a 25-storey new building, at a distance of 800 meters from the metro station Geroev Dnipra and metro station Minskaya. In five minutes walk, there are 24-hour supermarkets Velika Kishenya, ATB. At a distance of 1 km from the house is a paid parking lot, market Heroes of Dnipro, Minsky market. Right under the house there is a free parking lot for cars.

Удобная инфраструктура. Все необходимое рядом. В квартире тоже все необходимое имеется

Кровать сильно скрепит. В квартире накурено было, когда заселялись, за время пребывания там выветрили. В описание квартиры написано что курить можно на балконе. Но балкона нет, в кухне лоджия (окна открываются), то есть по сути курят в кухне. Нет москитные сеток на окнах.

Благодарю за отзыв! Кровать находится в исправном состоянии, не расшатана, нигде не продавлена, пружины не торчат, поэтому, к замене не подлежит. К сожалению, правила о запрете курения в комнате и санузле, гости нарушают, несмотря на штрафы. В данной квартире, разрешено курить на лоджии, при открытых окнах на проветривание. Москитные сетки не предусмотрены.
