A new, specific, studio apartment on the 13th floor of a 25-storey building is located in a picturesque area, between Pozniaky and Kharkivska metro stations. The house was commissioned in March 2018. Concierge, security doors, parking. Fully renovated, soundproof plastic windows. The apartment is clean, comfortable, bright. All household appliances are new. Photos are fully true. Mandatory cleaning after each guest, change of bed linen and towels.

The apartment has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine. From the window of the apartment offers a gorgeous view of the lake.
The house has a grocery store. Metro and Epicenter hypermarkets - 5 minutes. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, beauty salons nearby. Piramida, Aladdin shopping centers - 10 minutes.
