The super-luxurious modern style just renovated apartment is located on a beautiful and famous Saksahanskoho street. The apartment is made by the western design and style, with unique lighting and everything else. It consists of two rooms. Light and spacious bedroom has modern furniture, king-size bed, bed size table, wardrobe, unique decorations and night lighting. There is an entrance to long balcony where you will be able to look on the beautiful street with green park. The living room has big natural dark-brown leather sofa, TV set with many English/German channels, DVD, stereo system, home cinema for best comfort of playing your favourite movies. Kitchen is separated from the living area by the bar table and is fitted with all needed equipment for making your favourite meals. There is also embedded laundry washer in one of kitchen tables. Unique frosted glass doors divides studio living-room with the bedroom and also a living-room with the bathroom. The fully modern tiled bathroom has a big bath-tub, shower, wash-basin with big mirror, unique shelves embedded in the wall for all your small things, and there is a toilet of course. You will also find a big wardrobe in the wall in the hall, it has big tall doors with mirrors. This apartment has a high-speed broadband internet connection. You will find this apartment ideally suitable either for your stay on business trip or for a comfortable safe and private rest.

When booking an apartment for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Чисто, акуратно, уютно.

Магнитный ключ от подъезда размагнитился или не соответствует. Пришлось беспокоить соседей чтоб открыли, А потом выходили вдвоем, чтоб один держал дверь или открывал...
