Location: Desniansky district - Troieshchyna. The house has 2 grocery stores, and next to the house there is a guarded parking lot. There are transport stops in different directions, to Petrivka, Chernihivska and Lisova metro stations - in 3 minutes walk. There are 3 beds, 2 TVs, air conditioner, high-speed unlimited internet and all conditions for a comfortable stay. Layout of the apartment: room, hall, corridor, separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen and a loggia. Bathroom with airbrushing, new plumbing and washing machine. The toilet has a console, a boiler, a hygienic shower and a washbasin. Loggia with floor heating, with lighting in Paris style. Kitchenette: electric stove, bar table with bar stools. From the windows of the apartment opens a chic view of the lake. This is not the center, but the sleeping area, but the most environmentally friendly.

Катя ваш муж забирал ключи для проживания ваших гостей в самой квартире и у него не было никаких замечаний а то, что нужно предъявлять документ - вызвало у него гнев + залог который вносится за порядок в квартире до выселения и это вы вылили в такие оценки что есть не правильно и абсолютно не честно! Напослед хочу добавить что сомневаюсь что вы арендовали бы эту квартиру будь она не в полном порядке для своих дорогих гостей!! И в будующем уважаемые арендаторы и вы Екатерина - читайте пожалуйста до конца все пункты в описании - удачи!

уходя можно просто оставить ключ в квартире и захлопнуть её

длинна шланга для душа коротковата, высоким людям приходится нагибаться что бы принять душ. нет шторки для душа

Уважаемый Антон - спасибо за высокие балы (мы стараемся). Касаемо короткого шланга мы обязательно учтём и заменим на более длинный а относительно шторки так у нашей команды был спор вешать или нет чтобы не перекрывать пейзажную аэрографию на стене но мы подумаем ещё раз!
