Excellent luxury apartments. The house was built in 2004, at 21 Khreshchatyk Street. Near the metro station Palace of Sports, Olympic, Lev Tolstoy Square. 10 minutes walk to Khreshchatyk Street. 5 minutes to the Gulliver Shopping Center, 2 minutes to the Olympic Stadium. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars near the house. The nearest supermarket is in Gulliver Shopping Center, 5 minutes walk from the house.
The apartment is located on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The building has three elevators, concierge. The apartment is 75 square meters. The apartment has all separate rooms. There is a living room, bedroom, balcony, kitchen, dressing room. Every room has air conditioning.
