- The fireplace - Cozy and big bed - Clean apartment - Location: it`s the center of the city.

The water heater is connected to the system by default, so it’s clear that you can’t use it to fill the jacuzzi. However, you can still ask the owner how to switch to the city’s water supply instead of using the water heater.
