One-bedroom apartment consisting of a spacious living room, kitchen, cozy bedroom, shared bathroom and balcony. The windows face Khreshchatyk Street. The building has an elevator.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 12-storey building. The house in which the apartment is located in the historical part of Kyiv, near the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, on the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk. Nearby is Bessarabian Square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza, BC Parus, as well as the Arena shopping center, which houses the Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, a convenience store. Gulliver shopping center and NSC Olimpiyskiy are located 15 minutes from the house.
The apartment is designed for 4 beds (2+2).

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of 4 people: a double bed, a double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a TV. Kitchen: gas stove, table, chairs, refrigerator, electric kettle. Bathroom: bath, washing machine, hairdryer. The hot water supply is centralized (24 hours a day), in case of a centralized water supply outage, the apartment has an autonomous water heater.
In the apartment you will find all the necessary accessories: bed linen, towels, disposable slippers, portioned soap and shampoo. Free internet and an iron are also at your disposal.

Please note that during the quarantine period the front door of the building is closed from 23:00 to 07:00.

Check-out before 18:00 - you must additionally pay half the cost of a day's stay; later than 18:00 - you must additionally pay the cost of a day's stay. The possibility of a late check-out service is determined by the availability of the apartment on a certain date. It is recommended to order a late check-out service when booking an apartment in advance. The apartment is provided to you exclusively for living, which excludes any noisy events that may cause disturbance to others, neighbors and disrupt public order, and may also cause damage to property in the apartment. According to the legislation of Ukraine in the apartment is prohibited:
- make noise from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on music/TV loudly, carry out any work associated with knocking or other mechanical sounds;
- holding any celebrations, parties or other noisy group events. In case of violation of this paragraph, we reserve the right to immediately evict you without a refund - prepayment, payment for accommodation, cash deposit.
For shortening the period of stay will be charged a penalty in the amount of the cost of 1 night stay.
Sometimes guests are accommodated through the office, which is located at the address: 10 Prorizna street. The cost of a transfer from Zhuliany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport - 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Шикарное месторасположение!! Очень большой балкон! Вид из окна потрясающий. Хороший и приятный персонал.

Квартира не соответствует фото, состояние квартиры гораздо хуже, чем на фото. Было бы честно сделать реальные фото апартаментов. Очень маленький бойлер. Принять нормально душ и помыть голову одному человеку - не реально.

К сожалению, централизованное горячее водоснабжение не находится под нашим контролем, поэтому в случае аварийного отключения горячей воды установлен небольшой бойлер, чтобы наши Гости могли получить горячую воду за 15 минут и не тратить время на ожидание, нагрева большого количества воды.
