There is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment, located on the 1st floor of brick house in the centre of Kyiv.
The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, wardrobe.
In another room there is a sofa, coffee table, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: fridge, electric kettle, kitchenware, gas cooker.
In the bathroom: bathroom fixtures, TV, washing machine, bed linen, towels.

The air conditioning service is paid separately if you need to use it. That is, air conditioning is not included in the room price, but is ordered as a separate service. The cost of air conditioning is 200 UAH per day.

Очень уютная квартира, чисто и ухоженно. Расположена в 5 минутах от ТРЦ Гуливер, что очень удобно. Хозяйка очень приятная, решила все возникшие неудобства.
