We offer one bedroom apartment on the 7th floor of a 9-storey building. The house is a 1-minute walk from the Palace of Ukraine. The apartment is comfortable for up to 4 -5 persons. The apartment has everything you need for daily living: a refrigerator, television, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ironing board, all kitchen appliances and utensils, there is also a cable TV and unlimited internet. Near by the house there is a supermarket, several cafes and restaurants, convenient transportation. Give the accounting documents. Subject to the meeting at the airport and train stations.

Additional house rules

Upon check-in, a security deposit is charged in the amount of one night of stay and is returned upon departure, if the apartment is not damaged.

Check-in time is from 13:00, check-out time is until 12:00. Registration and transfer of keys takes place in the apartment. You need to bring your passport with you.
If you wish to change the period of residence (reduction of dates), a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of one night stay.
Also, if you have had discounts and promotions for the entire period of the booking, they will be canceled upon reduction of the period of stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which are arranged individually at least 24 hours before the day of arrival or departure and are paid in the amount of half of the daily cost.
It is forbidden: to smoke in the apartment, to hold birthdays and other parties, to stay with pets. A deposit in amount of the daily cost is charged upon check-in.
