Description

Very comfortable studio apartment in a residential building at 118 Zhylianska Street (Elegant residential complex). The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a 32-storey building, there are 3 elevators. The entrance to the house is from the inside of Zhylianska street, from the courtyard. In the photos of the apartment there is a picture of the way to the entrance of the house.

The renovation is new, just finished. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the metro station Vokzalna, as well as from the central Kyiv railway station. Near the house there are many cafes and restaurants serving Ukrainian, Italian, Japanese and European cuisine, a large shopping center "Ukraine", BC "101 Tower" (where there is a fitness club Sport-Life), modern entertainment clubs and shops. The layout of the apartment is classic: studio room, corridor, adjoining bathroom.

The apartment has a glazed loggia with a smoking area.

Household appliances: air conditioning, TV, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, extractor hood, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer, all necessary utensils. Maximum number of beds: 2+2 persons. Double bed with orthopedic mattress and sofa bed. There is access to Wi-Fi (free of charge). The house has a concierge. Parking in the yard and on the adjacent street.

Groceries/food: There is a cafe in the house, and several other cafes nearby, at a distance of 50 meters. Next to the house, 300 meters away, there is a non-stop supermarket "ECOMARKET", which also has an economy cafe. The apartment has all the necessary utensils and appliances, filtered water, coffee and tea - free of charge.
