We offer you a studio apartment for a reasonable price in the center of Kyiv, near the metro station Klovska (one minute) and 10 minutes away from the street. Khreschatyk. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the five-story building. Near the house there are three grocery stores, two cafes, a wine supermarket, as a number, there are two parking lots. This apartment is the best combination of location, price and quality. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price for the area.

Additional house rules

Upon check-in, a security deposit is charged in the amount of one night of stay and is returned upon departure, if the apartment is not damaged.

Check-in time is from 13:00, check-out time is until 12:00. Registration and transfer of keys takes place in the apartment. You need to bring your passport with you.
If you wish to change the period of residence (reduction of dates), a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of one night stay.
Also, if you have had discounts and promotions for the entire period of the booking, they will be canceled upon reduction of the period of stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which are arranged individually at least 24 hours before the day of arrival or departure and are paid in the amount of half of the daily cost.
It is forbidden: to smoke in the apartment, to hold birthdays and other parties, to stay with pets. A deposit in amount of the daily cost is charged upon check-in.

Чудово. До метро метрів 100. У дворі можна паркуватись хоч майже і центр міста.

Ванна давно хоче на пенсію. Так як і водопровідні крани та пральна машина.
