A comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress will ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, a boiler, autonomous heating, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a hob, an iron, an ironing board, a TV with Smart TV and Wi-Fi are at your service to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Bedding and bath accessories, as well as a shower set are also provided.

Rental conditions:

Standard check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00.
Early/late check-in/check-out is possible (by agreement).
We accept guests with children and pets (by agreement).
A security deposit is possible (upon agreement).
We issue all the necessary reporting documents.
Our apartments are non-smoking!
The price indicated in the ad is per day, based on a maximum of two guests.
For each additional guest - +100 UAH/night.
On weekends and holidays, the price may change, so check the information.
