Studio apartment in the very center of Kyiv, in 5 minutes walk to Pecherska metro station, 15 minutes walk to Khreshchatyk street or 5 minutes by transport. The apartment has a good renovation, tile, laminate, plastic windows, there is an armored door, a shower, a new comfortable double sofa and a double bed and all the necessary furniture, the balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard. Квартира-это комната в общаге с сан. узлом.Зал квадратов 12,даже нет журнального столика . Последний ремонт делался лет 20 назад.Телевизор с 1 каналом,был вайфай правда.Хозяйке давно надо сделать ремонт и обновить посуду.Постель при заселении была грязная с чужими волосами.9 этаж и 3 дня из 4 лифт не работал.На лестнице спит бомж с собакой.Лучше б я забронировала квартиру на окраине,чем такой центр.
