All the furniture and the details of the interior in this brand-new apartment are made of the high-quality materials and in accordance with the latest tendencies in the world of design.
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa-bed for two persons and a cozy bedroom with big windows and a standard double bed for your comfortable rest. Kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking your favorite dishes. Bedroom and living room are separated by glass wall which makes the design unique. Air conditioning, microwave, stove and plasma TV are here for your convenience. Two washing machines and one dryer are in the hall of the hotel.
The new apartments are located on the 33rd floor of the highest skyscraper in Kyiv. In order to get to the apartment on the 33rd floor, first you need to go to the 34th floor by elevator, and then go one floor down by stairs. The residential complex on Klovsky descent is situated in the historical part and the business center of the city.
Location of the building allows you to observe the best panorama of Kyiv from the windows of this comfortable apartment. Breathtaking view to Lavra, The Motherland Monument, the slopes of the Dnieper as well as the other attractions of the city center will not let you stay indifferent. Mariinsky park for pleasant walk is very close to the building.

There is a security deposit of 5000 UAH required if you book for 1 day on the New Year.
Check-in - at 14:00, check-out - till 12:00. Reception (registration) desk is on 19 Baseina street, second floor. Please note: you should come for Reception desk for check in procedure. If you have an early (before 8:00) or later (after 00:00) check-in, then you should agree in advance on the transfer of keys, since the opening hours of the reception are 08:00 - 00:00. Our manager on duty will meet You at the front (the entrance to your house) at the appointed time. Citizens of Ukraine, which are placed for a day or two, should have two documents for the registration (or a single document and personalized credit card). When placed on three or more days, only one identity document (passport or driving license) is required. To arrange an early check-in (8:00) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service contacting the owner via the Ask owner tab. Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, they cost 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of check-in.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (if there is a balcony).
There is a fine for reduction of the period of stay in the amount of:
- the cost of 1 night stay, if booking from 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the cost of the stay, if the reservation is from 7 nights.
We do not accommodate guests under the age of 21 for 1 night.
