Borsch Apartment is a studio apartment in the style of a modern Ukrainian hut. The interior was inspired by the colors and textures of the Ukrainian traditional dish - borsch: beets, rock salt, dough, sour cream, lard. The apartment has the possibility of autonomous power supply of the entire apartment when connecting Ecoflow power stations (if available), as well as a boiler, underfloor heating, a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, loggia, separate bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, TV, robot vacuum cleaner and more.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 10-storey apartment building. Nearby: metro station. Kharkivska (800 m), Lebedynyi Park (600 m), Fora grocery stores (300 m), ATB, Varus, Trash. As well as restaurants, fitness centers, private and public clinics, Kharkiv shopping center, New Way. The center of Kyiv is 12 km away, the Heart Institute is 11 km away, Darnytskyi Railway Station is 8 km away.
The 39 sq.m. apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The spacious room, zoned for living room and bedroom, includes:
a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm)
4K TV with swivel mechanism (43 inches)
a large wardrobe for clothes and suitcases;
a comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress and a lifting mechanism (140x200 cm);
clean bedding;
a workplace with a large table and a computer chair.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking:
gas stove (works with blackouts);
electric oven;
refrigerator with freezer;
dishwasher
kitchen hood;
microwave oven;
coffee maker
electric kettle;
tableware (plates, pots, frying pan, cutlery);
basic products and spices for cooking (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, spices, cereals, different types of tea, coffee).
The bathroom is divided into 2 rooms with a toilet and a shower, where there are
washing machine;
electric towel dryer;
household chemicals for washing;
cosmetics for body care (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, liquid and solid hand soap);
two sets of towels for two people (other number on request).
Borsch Apartment is a cozy, stylish and peaceful place that is ideal for both business and leisure travelers!
Candles are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but there is a shared outdoor balcony on the floor near the entrance to the apartment where you can smoke without going outside.
