We are glad to present to your attention one-bedroom apartment in the center of Pechersk, 5 minutes from the metro. The house is located in a quiet courtyard, next to Malaysian embassy. However, the house is located close to public transport, with good transport interchange. The convenient location of the apartments allows you to reach all the sights of Kyiv quickly. The apartment has two double beds and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking equipment. There is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cable TV, Wi-Fi. There are bedding, towels. We organize meetings at the airport and railway stations.

Additional house rules

Upon check-in, a security deposit is charged in the amount of one night of stay and is returned upon departure, if the apartment is not damaged. Registration, receipt and delivery of keys takes place in the apartment. You must have a passport with you to check in.
For changing the period of stay in the direction of decreasing, a penalty will be charged in the amount of the cost of one night's stay. Also, if you had discounts and promotions for the entire period of booking, they will be canceled with a decrease in the length of stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are additional services that are discussed individually at least 24 hours before the day of arrival or departure and are paid at half the cost of a daily stay.
Forbidden: smoking in the apartment, holding birthdays and other events, living with animals. Upon check-in, a security deposit is charged, equal to the cost of one night's stay.
