Добрий день! Дякую, за, відгук. Лишу коментар про цю гостю! Я пропонував їй виїхати, та знайти кращу квартиру, якщо щось не влаштовує. Нагадаю квартира коштує 11 евро за добу... в столиці, 5 хвилин до метро, невисокий поверх, є ліфт, безкоштовний wi-fi, постійно є гаряча вода, гарне ліжко, новий матрац, вся побутова техніка за виключенням посудомийки та кондиционера, немає тарганів та інше. Гостя відмовилась виїхати та псувала мені нерви весь період проживання. Не у моєму стилі лити бруд, але ж цього разу не втримався. Мої вибачення. Як результат - ганебний відгук. Всім гарного та спокійного дня!

Спасибо большое за отзыв. Квартира заявлена как эконом, с самой низкой ценой на сайте и в городе в целом. Это небольшая гостинка. Кондиционера в квартире нет, и это есть в описании. Поэтому писать об этом не стоит, нужно внимательно читать описание. Если гость хотел получить за 20 долларов квартиру Люкс, то пусть попробует её найти. Эконом и есть эконом. Горячая вода, двуспальная кровать, чистое белье, бесплатный WiFi и вся бытовая техника (телевизор, стиральная машина, микроволновая печь, фен, утюг, бойлер) и близость к метро в столице, что не мало важно. Я думаю это стоит 500 грн в сутки! Пусть такую квартиру гость попробует найти у него на родине в Белоруссии.
