Удобный район, заселение-выселение в любое время (нам важно было под самолёт)

Это не "апартаменты" а подвальная комуналка. Ванная и кухня общая, мы люди непревередливые - "прочувствовали жизнь не по наслышке", но побрезговали пользоваться. Через двери слышно остальных жильцов (например наши соседи сняли комнату явно побухать, а двери в "номер" обычные межкомнатные со щелью внизу). Ужасный запах, ощущение притона, убирают явно отвратительно, стены облупились. Не отдохнули, выехали как только рассвело, впечатления ужасные. Никому не рекомендую.
