There are 4 sleeping places: a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress and a fold-out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed and bath linens are provided.

We are happy to welcome you with children and pets, which can be arranged separately. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment! There are designated smoking areas on the complex grounds. If needed, all reporting documents can be provided, including a receipt. We reserve the right to request a security deposit upon check-in, arranged separately. Upon check-in, you must present the original ID document.

The price may vary depending on the number of guests, length of stay, and other factors. Standard check-in/check-out: 14:00 / 12:00. Early or late check-in/check-out can be arranged additionally.
