We bring to your attention a new one-bedroom apartment in a classic style, with an expensive renovation (January 2021). 19th floor, 6 elevators, security in the building.
In the apartment:
- living room-studio with a sofa bed;
- a separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe;
- large equipped kitchen area, dining table;
- balcony with work table and bar counter, city view;
- bathroom with shower area, rain shower, Grohe sanitary ware;
- dressing room in the hallway.

Appliances of top manufacturers: 2 air conditioners, an electric stove, a built-in oven, a built-in microwave oven, a washing machine and dryer, a built-in refrigerator, a dishwasher, an extractor hood, Wi-Fi, a TV in the living room, a boiler, an electric kettle, an iron, a hair dryer, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, the necessary utensils.

Victory residential complex (2019) is a new business class residential complex. The complex has a closed courtyard, a guarded territory, a large playground, a basketball court, an outdoor gym, and a three-level parking lot. Near Vokzalna metro station, Universytet, Polytekhnichnyi Instytut, walking circus, Ukraine department store with a supermarket, Okhmatdet clinic. Chornomorka fish restaurant near the house is the most delicious place in Kiev! There is also a sushi bar right next to the house.
