Good time of the day!
I offer my apartment after renovation: bedroom, bathroom and partially kitchen.
The bedroom has a new double bed with an orthopedic mattress. There is a separate sofa with a small table where you can work or have a snack. High speed wireless Wi-Fi. Air conditioning. Designer mirrors from floor to ceiling with designer frames.
Very comfortable and bright room. You will feel right at home.
In the hallway there is a small room for clothes and shoes, a washing machine.
The kitchen is made with love and romance, fully equipped. The red and white color adds a touch of romance. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishes.
There is also a separate entrance to the balcony from the kitchen, where you can go out and get some fresh air.
Separate bathroom. There is always hot water (boiler), mirror, hairdryer, towel.
Near the house, in 3 minutes, the metro station Polytechnic Institute.
Smart Plaza shopping center is 3 minutes walk.
Polytechnic Institute Park is a 3-minute walk away.
The railway station is 6 minutes away by car.
It takes only 10 minutes to get to the city center.
Nearby is the zoo - 7 minutes walk.
The circus is a 3 minute drive from the apartment.
Everything you need is right next to the house. Very convenient interchange, you can safely get to any end of Kyiv.
