Studio apartments consist of a cozy bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The windows of the room offer a panoramic view. The building has an elevator.
The apartments are located on the 25th floor of a 26-story building. The house is a 20 minute walk to the Livoberezhna metro station.
Near the house there is a supermarket "ATB". The International Exhibition Center (IEC), Komod shopping center with many shops and cafes, Silpo supermarket, multiplex cinema, Drama and Comedy on the Left Bank theater are within a 15-minute walk.
The apartments are designed for 2 beds.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of 2 people: a double bed, wardrobe, TV.
Kitchen: electric stove, table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, drinking water filter.
Bathroom: shower, hair dryer.
Washing machine in the vestibule.
Hot water is supplied centrally (24 hours a day), in case of failure of the central water supply there is an autonomous water heater.
In the apartment you will find all the necessary accessories: bed linen, towels, disposable slippers, portioned soap and shampoo. Free internet, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer are also at your disposal.

It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, to turn on music/TV loudly, to do any work related to knocking or other mechanical noises.
For shortening the period of stay, a penalty of 1 night will be charged.

Sometimes guests are accommodated through the office located at 10 Prorizna Street.
Transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport - 650 UAH.

Payment of the deposit is made through the payment system WayForPay.

Гарне ліжко і комфортне з постіллю

Погано працює душ, не працює перемикач з крана на душ і навпаки, все одно тече з усіх сторін І холодна квартира, я там замерзла, поки обігрівач не нагрів квартиру.
