Vip studio with designer renovation in loft style. The apartment is located in the residential complex "Yaroslaviv Grad" - is the central part of town, where there is a well-developed infrastructure. There are various stores, cafes and restaurants, pharmacies, banks, medical and educational institutions in walking distance. The property is also within walking distance of historical monuments and places of interest in the capital. The nearest metro station is Golden Gate. The residential complex has round-the-clock security and video surveillance throughout. There is an underground parking lot, where one can rent a space.
Maximum number of guests: 1-2 adults + children.
The studio is located on the 3rd floor, 35 m2 has a living room-studio with kitchen area, bathroom.
The apartment has bedding, towels, toiletries all necessary utensils, household appliances - all for a comfortable stay at any time.

Security Deposit
The owner requires a security deposit of 2000 UAH, which will be refunded upon check-out if the property is intact.
