Description

We offer you a new one-room studio apartment in a classic style, renovated in January 2021. The total area is 34 m2.

In the apartment:
- studio-living room with double bed;
- equipped kitchen area, bar for 2 people;
- French balcony overlooking the closed courtyard;
- bathroom with shower area;
- dressing room in the hallway.

Appliances: air conditioning, electric stove, built-in oven, washing machine with dryer, built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, extractor hood, Wi-Fi, TV, boiler, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, necessary utensils.

Victory residential complex (2019) is a new business class complex. The complex has a closed yard, a guarded area, a large playground, a basketball court, a gym on the street, as well as a three-level parking lot. Near Universytet, Politekhnichnyi Instytut metro stations, Circus is on foot, Ukraine department store, Okhmatdet clinic. Chornomorka fish restaurant is near the house - the most delicious place in Kyiv! There is also a sushi bar right next to the house.

- check-in from 15:00, check-out at 11-12:00;
- passport upon check-in and booking is required;
- the insurance pledge is paid on the card, and returned on the card;
- accommodation with animals, smoking, lighting candles is prohibited;
- the apartment is intended only for quiet living; for celebrations, parties, meetings with friends, girls the apartment is not for rent! Cameras are on the floor;
- security will not let more than the agreed number of people.

Квартира хорошая,оборудована техникой, есть гель, шампунь, жидкое мыло для рук, тапочки.

Выбирали квартиру с подземным паркингом. У квартиры своего паркоместа нет. Свободных мест в паркинге не оказалось.

Дякуємо за ваш відгук! Хочемо уточнити, що ми не маємо відношення до роботи підземного паркінгу та не керуємо розподілом місць. Квартирам не надають безкоштовні місця у паркінгу, нажаль, паркінг треба покупати, він коштує як половина квартири. Наявність місць залежить від поточного завантаження. Поруч є багатоповерховий паркінг ТЦ Україна. Або безкоштовно можна поставити машину навколо будинку, завжди є місця. Сподіваємося, що в іншому проживання залишило приємні враження. Будемо раді бачити вас знову.
