Месторасположение. Тепло в квартире

Запросили наличие этой квартиры. Предложили "аналогичную по этой же цене". Получили квартиру не аналогичную от слова совсем. Только в этом же доме. И она сдаётся на этом же сайте на 100грн/сутки дешевле. Фантазёры. В плохом состоянии постельное белье. Мусорное ведро имеет неприятнейший запах и рядом замечены тараканы. Плита не работает.
