Spacious one-bedroom apartment with separate bedroom where you can feel yourself comfortable and enjoy quiet yard view from big cozy balcony. With the help of professional designer's solutions and unusual layout, this apartment is incredibly comfortable and stylish. The apartment consists of one bedroom with King-size bed and living room which are separated from the rest area. The lounge zone has a sofa and a large plasma TV with cable and satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessaries. Big fridge, stove, and dishwasher are available for cooking light meals. There is also a bathtub in the bathroom.
Baby cot is available upon request.

One of the advantages of the building is its location - business and cultural center of Kyiv - Baseina street. Everything you need for your comfortable stay you will find in the vicinity. Across the street from the building there is large Gulliver shopping center with a variety of shops, restaurants, cinema and a 24/7 supermarket. The main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Arena City entertainment center and other attractions of the capital are located within walking distance from the building. On the surrounding streets, as well as on Baseina, you can find a variety of well-known restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The nearest metro station, Palats Sportu, is located in two minutes of walk.

According to our policy, reservations are accepted from 21 years of age and on Fridays and weekends we accept guests from 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

When booking apartments for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.
