This hotel-style designer loft with a stylish, modern and functional design will not leave you indifferent. The unique location, the charm of the old streets of the city center and modern style, combined with elements of authentic construction of the building, will allow our guests to immerse themselves in the history of architecture of the XIX century.
Functionality and design are designed to the smallest detail to allow guests to comfortably spend time on vacation or business trip in the heart of the capital.
The loft is equipped with a double bed (160x200) with a comfortable mattress and a comfortable orthopedic sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower area, a bar table with chairs, a spacious closet and a balcony with beautiful views of Saksahanskoho street.
Free parking on the premises (barrier). The loft is within walking distance of 2 metro stations (Universytet metro station - 600 m or 7 minutes walk, Vokzalna metro station - 800 m or 10 minutes walk).

Отличная комната (в квартире там 2 комнаты, но они полностью автономные, так что проблем не возникает). Все удобсства, отличное месторасположение. В общем - рекомендую! Сервис тоже на высшем уровне, что касается передачи ключей, бытовых вопросов и так далее - все супер!

Общий коридор с соседней комнатой, хотя это в принципе вообще не проблема!
