This hotel-style designer loft with a stylish, modern and functional design will not leave you indifferent. The unique location, the charm of the old streets of the city center and modern style, combined with elements of authentic construction of the building, will allow our guests to immerse themselves in the history of architecture of the XIX century.
Functionality and design are designed to the smallest detail to allow guests to comfortably spend time on vacation or business trip in the heart of the capital.
The loft is equipped with two double beds (160x200) and one single bed with a comfortable mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a bar table with chairs, a wardrobe and a great balcony with garden furniture and great views.

Free parking on the premises (barrier). The loft is within walking distance of 2 metro stations (Lva Tolstoho - 700 m or 10 minutes walk, Olimpiiska metro - 800 m or 10 minutes walk).
