Fully equipped apartment for up to four people, located right in the city centre, just two minutes walk from Khreschatyk and Arena Mandarin Plaza. An excellent location for those who want to explore the city on foot, or relax at the beach during summer months, and the perfect way to accommodate for a family with kids.
Apartment has been newly renovated with comfortable and modern furniture. Air conditioned, heated and with a high speed ADSL Internet connection, this apartment has everything you need.
There is a double bed and sofa bed in the living room. It is spacious and furnished with a large, comfortable L-shaped couch and satellite television, and shelving. There´s also a dining table and four chairs plus sunny windows with curtains.
The bathroom is brand new and fully tiled with toilet, basin and shower. All bath towels and bed linen are provided for you, and there´s a washing machine and ironing equipment so you can stay up to date with your laundry during your stay.
The kitchen area is small but equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook in the apartment. Kitchenware, pots, pans and utensils, plus a microwave, electric stovetop cooker with toaster and kettle.
In the surrounding neighborhood there is a great choice of bars, restaurants, shops, clubs and supermarkets. You can walk to most of the city´s major attractions. Olympic Stadium is just one minute away from the building.

When booking an apartment for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Все было как заявлено в описании. Удобное расположение, просторная квартира, рабочая гидромассажная ванная, мягкая кровать с удобным матрасом, достаточно места для того чтобы разложить вещи и минимальный набор банных принадлежностей, тапочки и шампуни.

Не работал вайфай, писало что без подключения к интернету, администратор не смог помочь в решении этого вопроса. Также в квартире слегка прохладно, но это решается обогревателем который стоит возле кровати.
