This designer hotel-style loft with a stylish, modern and functional renovation will not leave you indifferent. This loft combines a unique location, the charm of the old streets of the city center and modern style combined with elements of the authentic building structure.
The functionality and design are calculated to the smallest detail to allow guests to comfortably spend time on vacation or on a business trip in the very center of the capital.
The loft is equipped with a double bed (160x200) with a comfortable mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower area, a bar table with chairs, a spacious wardrobe and a balcony with a beautiful view of the quiet Volodymyrska street.
Free parking on the adjoining territory (barrier). The loft is within walking distance from 3 metro stations (Ploshcha Lva Tolstoho metro - 700 m or 9 minutes walk, Universytet metro station - 1 km or 14 minutes walk, Olympiiska metro station - 900 m or 12 minutes walk).

Балкон невеличкий, але дуже комфортний, і хоча і виходить на вулицю, але вона тиха і красива, тож можна сісти і розслабитись.
