We offer you a new loft-style studio, renovated in the fall of 2022. Total area 45 sqm. Floor 5. There are elevators. The windows overlook an alley with fountains and a playground, a courtyard without cars.

Large kitchen equipped with appliances from renowned companies;
Bathroom with bathtub.
Equipment:
Inverter air conditioner, electric stove, built-in microwave with oven, washing machine, cooker hood, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, 100 liter water heater, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, all necessary utensils.
Underfloor heating in the whole apartment costs 100 UAH per day.

Residential complex "New England", Maximovich Street, 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station "Vasylkivska". The complex has a closed courtyard, a guarded area, large playgrounds, recreation areas, many cafes and shops.
