The following is prohibited in the apartment:

5. Celebrate birthdays, organize graduate meetings and hold other similar events.
6. To invite strangers to the apartment, without an agreement, only by agreement.
7. Bring and store prohibited items in the apartment: weapons, narcotic substances, ammunition, piercing, cutting objects, chemicals.
8. Contact neighbors with various requests without agreeing on the reason.
9. Rearrange the furniture in the apartment without approval.
10. Hang on the walls, ceiling, doors, furniture, various items that damage the surface.
11. Photograph this room and place various types of advertising related to this room.
12. Re-transfer and transfer the responsibility under this Agreement to this apartment to other persons not specified in this Agreement.
13. Carry out household appliances, furniture and other items from the apartment, as well as replace them with alternative ones.
14. To carry out orders for goods and services at this address with a drift into the apartment without the consent of the Landlord (only to the entrance).
If at least one of the rules is not followed, the Landlord has the right to evict you without returning the security deposit and advance payment.

в целом квартира чистая и красивая, все работает, есть все удобства, расположение отличное! новый матрац и классное освещение везде. Есть зонирование по свету - обожаю это. Ну и камин, конечно же, шикарен

фото частично соответствует реальности - джакузи нет, хотя было в описании. вместо него новая ванна (обычная, не джакузи), но об этом не предупредили. Ковра (типо шкура белая) тоже нет. Вместо кресла-кокона обычное обшарпанное и ободранное кресло. Закрыли его пледом - смотреть на него сил не было. Та же история с барными стульями на кухне, давно пора заменить

очень едкий и неприятный голубой свет :( читать вообще невозможно. Неплохо бы поставить дополнительно какойто торшер. Кровать неудобно сделана, лучше бы обычная была. Матрас тоже не очень желателен топ на него. И напор воды почему то очень слабый. В целом не плохо
