A large three-room luxury apartment with a living-room is located on the 6th floor of an 18-storey building in the historic center of the city. The house has an elevator. The renovation of the apartment is made in soft light colors according to an individual design project. The apartment has a large glazed loggia. There is everything that is necessary for comfortable rest.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people. At your disposal are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large double bed, as well as a double sofa in the living room.
The apartment has 3 plasma TVs, cable TV, high-speed Internet Wi-Fi, fireplace, air conditioning, washing machine, water heater, double Jacuzzi, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove, electric kettle, all necessary utensils, iron, hairdryer.
There are the Volodymyrskyi Cathedral, the German Embassy, the Universytet metro station (8 minutes on foot) and the Golden Gate (12 minutes on foot).

Additional house rules

On December 31 and January 1, check-in/check-out is not carried out.
If the guest already lives in the apartment and is forced to leave earlier than the agreed and paid period (for any reason), as a general rule, the payment is non-refundable. Return is possible only in individual cases by additional agreement.
Check-in time - from 14:00 or discussed with the owner of the apartment.
Check-out must be made at 12:00.
For late check-out, depending on the time of day, the price will vary. If you settle for the night - the full cost of the day of residence is paid. Check-in time is discussed with the owner of the apartment.
A security deposit is required upon arrival and is refundable on the day of departure. The deposit is non-refundable if the apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke at the time of check-out or noise after 23:00.
Check-in is possible until 00:00.
Dear guests (especially non-Russian speakers), before making an advance payment, please contact the owner to clarify the possibility of a night check-in.
