Наявність ванної, а не душової. Красивий краєвид

Видно, що квартира одразу була розрахована не для житла, а для здачи в оренду. Дуже високий рівень дискомфорту від перебування. Немає відчуття чистоти. Одну ніч переночувати - ще більш-менш. Залишатися на довше абсолютно не варто
