It is located on the 6th floor of a 9-storey building, which is located right behind the Gulliver shopping and entertainment center. The entrance has an elevator and intercom
The apartment is quiet, cozy, suitable for a family, a couple or a single person!
Convenient location of the house and transport interchange. There is a public transport stop under the house. Just a 5-minute walk to the metro station Palace of Sports, 5 minutes to the metro station Leo Tolstoy, 7-10 minutes to Khreshchatyk, near Bessarabka, Arena City, everything is within walking distance.

Additional house rules

Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement, if there is no reservation for the next guest.
The apartment is not rented for celebrations and parties. The age of guests is from 23 years.
The apartment is not allowed to smoke only on the open balcony (in case of violation - a fine).
Upon check-in, guests must have a passport and sign a contract.
We take a deposit of one night's stay, which is returned when the guest leaves, provided that the rules are followed and there is no damage to the property!

Additional information.
If the guest unilaterally decides to shorten the period of stay without prior notice during check-in, 50% of the cost of the day he did not stay is refunded, and the remaining 50% is charged as a penalty.
If the stay was for more than 10 days and the guest received a discount on accommodation, but decides to shorten the stay, this discount is canceled, and the number of days that the guest stayed will be calculated at the standard price per day.
Please inform us of any changes in the period of your stay (the desire to extend your stay or shorten it for a good reason) in advance, but no later than one day before departure.

The price may vary depending on the number of people and days of stay, days of the week and holidays.

Cleaning is carried out from 11:00 to 14:00 before each check-in.

If you need an early check-in (before 14:00) or late check-in (after 21:00), please contact us in advance, inform us of the non-standard check-in time and arrange for the transfer of the keys.
