The apartment is rented for a quiet and peaceful stay. The apartment is not offered for various holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. In case of violation of these rules, a fine in the amount of the left deposit may be charged. In case of gross violation, there may be an immediate eviction without refund.

A large number of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops to suit all tastes. Dream Town shopping center, Planet Kino movie theater, children's entertainment, and an ice rink. One of the most beautiful Obolon embankments, Natalka Park, and the new Obolonsky Island have just been opened.
